For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of capturing people’s stories through photography, but what I’ve learned along the way is that the most powerful transformations don’t happen in front of the camera. They happen when we give ourselves permission to slow down, reconnect, and grow.

Like so many women, I spent years pouring into everyone else, my family, my work, my responsibilities, until I realized I needed to rebuild a life that felt aligned, intentional, and truly mine.

Tosh + Co was born from that journey.

Today, I create experiences, resources, and spaces designed to help women rediscover who they are, reconnect with what matters most, and step confidently into the next chapter of their lives.
